I am Dr Catherine Muyeba or Dr Cathy, the founder of REAPing Women. For years l I have sat across brilliant, driven, accomplished women who were quietly falling apart behind closed doors. Women who had achieved everything they set out to, and yet felt empty and exhausted. I teach them to implement the REAP & RISE framework, a roadmap rooted in evidence to help you live a vibrant and fruitful life without burning out in the process.
